Behind the music

Behind the tracks

Every track starts somewhere. Sometimes in the middle of chaos with too many thoughts racing at once, sometimes in quiet moments that hit harder than expected, sometimes in the weird comedy you only notice when you look back later. Each song on this site comes from a real place, shaped by the people, the pressure, the lessons and the late night reflections that stuck with me long after the moment passed.

Behind the Tracks takes you into that process. The doubts, the breakthroughs, the unexpected sparks and the scenes that never make it into the final lyrics but still define the vibe. It is the unfiltered side of making music, where emotion turns into rhythm and where the story behind a single line can change how the whole track feels. Dive in and see what shaped the sound.

Too Chill To Kill
Album: No More Drama

This track is my refusal to be dragged into someone else’s chaos ever again. While she created storms out of sunshine, I chose calm. Too Chill To Kill celebrates the power of not reacting, not engaging, not sacrificing your peace for someone who lives off drama. Sometimes the chillest person in the room wins simply by staying seated.

Plastic Paradise
Album: No More Drama

Plastic Paradise was inspired by someone who lived as a character instead of a person. In my eyes nothing was ever real, always upgraded, altered, filtered, corrected, perfected. A walking catalog of insecurity dressed up as confidence. The deeper I looked, the more I saw the cracks: jealousy, projection, constant comparison, emotional instability hidden behind a polished exterior. It became a symbol of everything fake: beauty without substance, performance without honesty. Plastic Paradise exposes that world and the emptiness behind the shine. A farewell to artificial people in artificial lives.

Forecast: Finally Clear
Album: No More Drama

This track captures the moment the emotional storm finally passed. No more guessing games. No more tension. No more manipulation. Just clarity. Forecast: Finally Clear is the first breath after years of holding it in. It’s the sound of a sky opening up.

12 Days In Hell
Album: No More Drama

This track was born from a trip that felt wrong from the moment the plane touched down. Forty degrees heat, a resort that felt like a pressure cooker, and a city where every step outside felt unsafe. My daughter and I moved through those twelve days like contestants in a survival show, while someone else insisted it was “relaxing.” It wasn’t. We were following someone else’s plans, ignoring every instinct that told us this wasn’t our place, our vibe or our comfort. Twelve days of pretending, suppressing, overheating and counting the hours. This song captures the moment I realized how dangerous it is to silence your own boundaries for someone who doesn’t hear them anyway.

Back From The Past
Album: No More Drama

This track started when someone from my past suddenly reappeared. My first love. For a moment it felt nostalgic, warm, almost cinematic. But nostalgia lies. What I found wasn’t the girl I remembered, but a version shaped by years of chaos, insecurity and manipulation. A sharp reminder that the past often stays closed for a reason. The reunion exposed illusions I didn’t even know I had. She wasn’t the memory I had loved. She was a lesson. This song captures that realization: that revisiting the past doesn’t always bring clarity. Sometimes it brings the exact shock you needed to finally move on.

Just The Two Of Us (Again)
Album: No More Drama

This track is dedicated to my daughter. Our bond survived everything. No matter who came into our lives, no matter what storms hit us, she remained my constant. Just the Two of Us (Again) honors our strength, our love, our teamwork. She is my compass, my reason, my anchor. This one is for her.

Her Rules, My Regrets
Album: No More Drama

This track is about losing yourself in someone else’s everchanging expectations. Bending, shrinking, apologizing, adapting, until you barely recognize yourself. Her rules kept shifting. My regrets grew with them. This song marks the moment I finally saw the pattern… and stepped out of it.

Issues
Album: No More Drama

Issues came out of a relationship that drained me one day at a time. Nothing was ever her fault. Everything was always projected onto me. Any attempt at calm turned into another explosion, another twist, another accusation. There was no selfreflection, only demands, shifting expectations and emotional landmines. I lost pieces of myself trying to keep the peace. This track is the moment I stopped pretending it was normal. The moment I understood you can’t fix someone who refuses to even acknowledge their own chaos. Issues is not therapy. It’s documentation.

She Left Her There
Album: No More Drama

This track came from the moment everything became unmistakably clear. My daughter, struggling with an asthma attack, visibly panicked, needing help. And yet she was dismissed as “overreacting.” No inhaler, no comfort, nothing. Instead, she walked outside to sit in the sun, leaving my child alone inside, scared and fighting for breath. That moment broke something in me. Not anger. Clarity. Anyone who can’t protect a child, my child—doesn’t belong anywhere near our lives. My daughter showed more courage, awareness and strength than the adult who should have cared for her. This track marks the second everything ended for me, and the moment responsibility replaced love.

A New Era
Album: No More Drama

A New Era was born on the day the chaos finally ended. Bags packed, accusations flying, manipulative scenes, emotional explosions, everything happening at once. But beneath that noise came relief. Peace. Space. My house felt like my home again. This track marks the beginning of the life that started the moment she left. A chapter closed, a better one opened.

Night Hawk
Album: Welcome 2 My Life

Night Hawk is what happens when the world finally gets quiet but my mind turns the volume up. Late night clarity, empty streets, Buddy half asleep beside me, and thoughts that only come alive after midnight. This track captures those hours where I process everything I ignored during the day. The night isn’t lonely, it’s liberating. It’s where ideas form, emotions surface and truth feels louder than the silence.

Multitask Mode
Album: Welcome 2 My Life

This track is my brain on any given day. ADHD in full throttle. Five thoughts at once, a dozen tasks halfway, Buddy at the door, messages coming in, ideas exploding, deadlines chasing me and yet somehow everything still works. It’s chaotic productivity. It’s functioning in a way that doesn’t make sense to anyone but me. Multitask Mode is my natural rhythm: fast, messy, creative and surprisingly effective. It’s not an excuse. It’s my operating system.

Lazy Legend
Album: Welcome 2 My Life

Lazy Legend celebrates the days where nothing goes smoothly but everything still works out. Running on low battery, improvising, fixing things lastminute, and somehow being the hero of your own chaos. It’s a tribute to functioning imperfectly yet effectively, living without a script and still winning the day. A messy anthem with a confident grin.

Coffee Without Coffee
Album: Welcome 2 My Life

This track is about surviving chaotic mornings without the one thing everyone swears by. I don’t drink coffee—I run on pure ADHD energy and the occasional can of Red Bull. Coffee Without Coffee captures that bizarre mix of being half asleep yet fully wired. It’s the soundtrack of school runs, dog walks, deadlines and life happening faster than my brain can boot up. It’s proof that you don’t need a perfect start you just need to start.

Buddy & Me
Album: Welcome 2 My Life

Buddy is more than a dog. He’s my balance, my grounding, my quiet companion through storms and victories. This track honors the unspoken language between us, the comfort, the loyalty, the peace he brings to my life. It’s an ode to the purest friendship I’ve ever known.

Mama Online
Album: Welcome 2 My Life

Mama Online is an ode to my mother, the heart of my family. She’s not tech savvy at all, but she tries every day, tapping around on her iPad like it’s a spaceship console. Her earlymorning messages, her updates, her questions, her love, they mean everything. This track honors her warmth, her unshakeable loyalty and the joy of still having her here. It’s not about the technology. It’s about the woman holding it.

The Weekend Rule
Album: Welcome 2 My Life

This track celebrates something simple but sacred: weekends are ours. No stress, no drama, no people draining our energy. Just my partner, Buddy, slow mornings, long walks, easy plans and the kind of peace I never had before. The Weekend Rule is our unspoken agreement: this time is ours, untouched by the past. It’s love, rest and laughter, all in one slowmotion bubble where the world can’t reach us.

Tech Temptations
Album: Welcome 2 My Life

Phones that boss you around, watches that tell you to breathe, apps that lure you in and gadgets that promise to improve your life while actually stealing your attention, Tech Temptations is all of that. It’s my love/hate relationship with technology. I adore it. I depend on it. I get distracted by it. This track laughs at the absurdity of living in a world where even your fridge is smarter than half the people you’ve dated. It’s fun, relatable and painfully true.

Love Reboot
Album: Welcome 2 My Life

Love Reboot tells a rare kind of story: the one where timing finally lines up. We dated six years ago and it was great, but life kept getting in the way. Wrong timing, wrong circumstances, right people. Years later we reconnected and everything clicked instantly. No confusion, no chaos, no doubt. Just recognition. Deep, steady, undeniable. We’ve already survived storms that would break most couples, yet we moved through them like a warm knife through butter. Love Reboot is about finding the person who feels like home, who shares your soul, who matches your energy, and meeting them again when you’re finally ready. Love, reset. Stronger than ever.

Welcome 2 My Life
Album: Welcome 2 My Life

This is the doorway to the album. A snapshot of a life rebuilding itself after years of chaos. A mix of joy, clarity, healing, love, fatherhood, creativity and peace returning piece by piece. Welcome 2 My Life invites listeners into the present version of me, without drama, without masks, without anyone dimming the light. It’s the sound of coming home to yourself.

Mirrors
Single / Extended Project

Mirrors reflects the moment you suddenly see your younger self staring back at you. The boy shaped by an absent father, early adulthood and emotional weight you didn’t choose. The track questions whether you’d warn that kid about the future or let him learn, because every mistake forged the strength you have now. Mirrors isn’t sad. It’s honest. A recognition of growth through pain and resilience.

Always There
Single / Dog Tribute

This song honors the comfort of a companion who never leaves your side. No judgment, no drama, no second agenda: just presence. Buddy understands moods, tension and quiet moments better than most humans. Always There captures the beauty of unconditional loyalty.

No More Drama
No More Drama

No More Drama is the moment I walked away from something that was breaking me. Years of manipulation, emotional games, chaos, gaslighting and exhaustion ended the second I chose myself and my daughter. This track isn’t revenge. It’s liberation. The declaration that I’ll never carry someone else’s darkness again. It’s the doorway I closed… and the life I stepped into.

Signals
Signals

Signals comes from a relationship full of mixed messages. Love one minute, rejection the next. Warmth followed by insults. Promises followed by silence. This track exposes the emotional whiplash of dealing with someone who didn’t know what they wanted, yet made it feel like my fault. Signals is the moment clarity finally replaced confusion.

Twin Flame
Twin Flame

Twin Flame was born in a chapter where everything fell apart and something unexpectedly powerful appeared at the same time. It wasn’t a cliché soulmate moment. It was two people recognizing each other’s fire, frequency and depth instantly. Warm, chaotic, intense and grounding all at once. In a period surrounded by manipulation and emotional noise, this connection felt like pure clarity. Twin Flame reflects that rare moment where someone feels familiar long before you understand why. A spark that doesn’t ask for permission, only truth.

Catfish
Catfish

Catfish started as a playful idea, but quickly revealed a deeper truth. It’s not just about people pretending online, it’s about people who live behind masks in real life. Warm and empathetic on the surface, manipulative and unpredictable underneath. Constantly shifting personas, depending on the attention they wanted or the story they were selling. This track exposes that duality. The fake smiles, the contradictions, the insecurity disguised as confidence. Catfish is a roast, but a truthful one. A spotlight on anyone who crafts a persona instead of building a character.

The X-Files
The X-Files

The X Files is the director’s cut of my life at this moment. Not narrated by me, but by an American radio host guiding you through the entire Welcome 2 My Life album as if it’s a late night exclusive. Fast, funny, chaotic and honest. It’s everything rolled into one: ADHD, music, parenting, Red Bull instead of coffee, tech gadgets, Buddy at my feet, deadlines, ideas at 2 AM, and a life that never runs in a straight line. The X Files ties all tracks together and shows exactly who I am right now: Unmistakably my story.
