Deep dive: my background and approach

Below you will find a more detailed explanation of my background in networks, Apple development and AI. The English version is shown by default. With the button you can toggle the original Dutch text.

AI is no longer some distant future concept. It is a smart accelerator that can already help your organisation move forward today.

Even though I work in creative fields now, my background is in network architecture. I helped build the second mobile operator in the Netherlands (Libertel, now Vodafone) and was involved in the design processes for the rollout of that network. Later I moved into management roles at the Network Operating Centre and Network Management Center, and outside Vodafone as ICT Manager at H.E.C.C., a leading European callcenter group. There I was responsible for designing a more functional IT network for the agents. I still work part time as a developer for Apple and my knowledge of their hardware and software runs deep. Eventually I left that world to turn my hobby into my work as an independent creator and to focus more on creativity and music.

My interest in technology and network structures never disappeared, especially with the rise of AI and the incredible speed of development in that space.

I use Artificial Intelligence to improve your business processes, reduce manual work and make interaction smarter. AI is geen toekomstmuziek meer; het is een slimme versneller die jouw organisatie vandaag al vooruithelpt.

Ondanks mijn creatieve werkzaamheden ben ik van huis uit netwerkarchitect. Ik heb bijgedragen aan de opbouw van de tweede mobiele aanbieder in Nederland (Libertel, nu Vodafone) en de ontwerpprocessen voor de uitrol van dit netwerk. Later bekleedde ik managementfuncties op het Network Operating Centre, Network Management Center en buiten Vodafone ook als ICT Manager bij H.E.C.C., de toonaangevende callcenters voor Europa. Daar was ik verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen van een functioneler IT-netwerk voor de agents.
